Affordability and creditworthiness are two key factors – really the two key factors – that determine whether Americans can get access to the credit they need. Unfortunately, rate caps have made affordable credit, especially those who have a challenging credit report, far more difficult to get in many locations.
In this episode of the Extra Credit Podcast, Dan Bucherer chats with Spencer Slade of PTS Financial Services about both of these factors and how lenders need to adapt to continue to reach their customers. PTS offers a vairety of different products that help lenders and consumers alike, like GAP protection, auto club memberships and tax services.
