Celebrating International Women’s Day
Today is International Women’s Day, when the global community comes together to celebrate women and serve as a focal point in bringing attention to important issues, such as gender equality.
It is also a great time to highlight what the Women’s Leadership Council is doing for Women’s History Month. Throughout the month of March, we are highlighting some remarkable women in our industry with the launch of our “Industry Icon” podcast series. These are short interviews with industry leaders that focus on their careers, career advice, and more.
As Maya Angelou said “Each time a woman stands up for herself, without knowing it possibly, without claiming it, she stands up for all women.”
