Thomas joined McKinsey in 2009 and is co-leading McKinsey's Marketing & Sales section within Automotive in Europe. In addition, he is the leader of our European dealer service line. During his 12 years with McKinsey he has been serving clients in the Automotive sector especially on Marketing and Sales and led comprehensive transformations for OEMs, distributors and dealers across the globe.
His work and research particularly focus on the disruptions and new opportunities in Automotive M&S due to changed customer expectations (including digital) and ACES trends.
Thomas has studied International Relations at Johns Hopkins University (SAIS) and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. He holds Master degrees in Economics and Political Science.
