Dianne has spent the last 32 years in Indirect Lending, holding several Executive Management Positions during her career. She is currently Sr. Manager of the National Service Center for American Honda Finance Corp and has the responsibility for managing the End of Term Lease portfolio as well as post-chargeoff recovery and vehicle Remarketing. Prior to joining Honda, she spent 8 years as Executive Vice President of Indirect Lending at BBVA Compass and held several leadership positions with Wells Fargo Bank early in her career.

I have a sense for adventure that takes me from the mountains to below the sea.

My son, of course!
a. What would you say are the key success factors for a mentoring relationship?
As a mentor, being a good listener and remembering to keep yourself out of the conversations. Also to be understanding while trying to help push people out of their comfort zone. Mentor relationships are built on Trust.
b. What advice would you give yourself as a young executive?
Create short term and long term goals, find a mentor that will help you stay on track and never let your career get stale, keep learning and growing.
c. What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started your career?
There are so many people in your career that are there to help. Build strong relationships with those that can positively impact you.
