Cheryl oversees all compliance strategy and operations, including licensing, internal and external audits and examinations, policies and procedures and monitoring regulatory changes at both the state and federal levels. She also has oversight of Human Resources, legal operations, vendor management and the company’s largest client relationship. Cheryl’s professional background includes extensive experience in the investment (family office) and legal sectors, where she held roles ranging from business manager to paralegal. She studied at Harvard University and holds both Paralegal and National Automotive Finance Compliance certifications. Cheryl currently serves on the Board of the National Automotive Finance Association and participates on several committees within the American Financial Services Association. She resides in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Check the ego at the door; exhibit humility, remind myself that I am at the service of those who report to me – leadership by servitude.

To advocate for myself.
