What has been the most important lesson?
The most important lesson I’ve learned in my career is that success isn’t just about working hard—it’s about working strategically. Building strong relationships, staying adaptable, and continuously learning have been just as important as technical skills. Also, knowing when to take calculated risks has made a huge difference in my growth.
Was there a mentor who provided great insight in your early career?
I’ve been fortunate to have mentors who provided invaluable insights early on—whether it was about negotiation, financial planning, or work-life balance. Their advice helped me avoid costly mistakes and approach challenges with confidence.
What do you wish the you of today could have told the younger you about building a career?
If I could go back and advise my younger self, I’d say: “Trust yourself more, take smart risks sooner, and always advocate for your worth. Relationships and networking will open more doors than you think, so invest in them. And remember, financial freedom comes from intentional decisions—not just a bigger paycheck.”
