Women’s History Month | Anne Kline
AFSA is celebrating Women’s History Month by featuring outstanding female leaders in the consumer credit industry.
What has been the most important lesson?
Learn to accept feedback constructively and use it to further your personal development.
Was there a mentor who provided great insight in your early career?
Yes. Fortunately, I had several. They taught me to believe in myself, especially when others believed in me.
What do you wish the you of today could have told the younger you about building a career?
Consider your life a “flex” plan and network, network, network. You never know what doors open or opportunities arise through the simple act of creating a connection and being open to the possibilities.
