We’ve partnered with Brella.io, an app you may already have on your phone, to help us make the best possible experience for you.
There are a few things you need to do to get ready and they couldn’t be easier.
- Visit your app store and download the Brella.io app.
- When you open Brella.io, enter our event code: vfc23 (case sensitive)
- Complete your profile! That’s it!
The redesigned AFSA Events app has all the features you’ve come to know with added benefits, like:
- Enhanced networking functionality (more on this below!)
- Faster, easier access to schedules and attendees
- Direct access to ask questions in sessions

The new AFSA Events app allows attendees to find, contact and setup meetings with other attendees.
New in 2023 however, is the brand new AI-driven matchmaking feature. When you fill out your profile, you’ll be matched with other attendees and Business Partners based on your title, company and keywords you define. The only thing you need to do is reach out!
You can even schedule meetings in our dedicated Networking Zones in the exhibit hall and general session foyer.
