AFSA’s Human Resources Networking Group will host a crucial conversation for members in the month of June.
Over the past few years, AFSA members have described the increased difficulty in recruiting, training, and retaining the staff needed to manage businesses. With soaring inflation, record low levels of unemployment, and pandemic-related changes in worker preferences, the stage is set for continued staffing challenges in many sectors.
At the most recent AFSA Independents Conference, Sommer Mason, Regional Area Vice President of Gallagher, delivered a presentation on HR and Compensation Strategy for financial institutions. Sommer has kindly agreed to speak to us again on June 15 at XYZ to share her insights and recommendations for how AFSA members can increase their success in staffing.
