Scarlett is a Vice President of Sales at FIS™, the world’s largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions. As a 30-year veteran of the firm, Scarlett focuses on the business needs of the automotive, consumer, and equipment finance industries.
She received the AFSA Distinguished Service Award in 2017 and was instrumental in the establishment of AFSA University, which provides critical regulatory training courses to member companies. She is also an active member of AFSA’s Women’s Leadership Council.
We asked Scarlett what advice she’d give to her younger self, knowing what she knows now.
Find a sponsor and a mentor, which may not be the same person. Listen and take advise. Be persistent and don’t give up. Raise your hand and ask for an assignment or job. Ask others how you may help them.
