She brings 16+ years of marketing and business development proficiency to her current role as Director of Finance Company Markets for Allied Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of insurance, lending, and marketing products to finance institutions in the U.S. Prior to her current position, Straffon served as Director of Engagement Marketing for DIMONT, a specialty insurance and loan administration company, and held marketing leadership positions at Exeter Finance as well as RouteOne, a leading provider of F&I solutions to automotive dealers and lenders.
Straffon earned a master’s degree in public relations/advertising and a bachelor's degree in journalism from Michigan State University.
Straffon resides in Chesterfield Township, Michigan.

Follow your gut. Speak up. Don't let others be your voice. Trust in yourself - you are smart and capable!
