What three keywords best describe you?
Organized, Diversity & Inclusion
If I quite now, I will soon be back to where I started and when I started, I was desperately wishing to be where I am now. Keep going, you've got this.
What are you passionate about?
Traveling to new locations, meeting and getting to know others
a. What would you say are the key success factors for a mentoring relationship?
Creating an environment without judgement, exceptional listening skills, the commitment to putting in the time needed and willingness to learn new things from others.
b. What advice would you give yourself as a young executive?
Don't sweat the small stuff, mistakes will happen. Owning up to them says a lot about your character and will give you more credibility than you think. Always give 100% whether the task is large or small. Set aside time to learn, ask questions and observe those in leadership positions that you'd like to emulate.
c. What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started your career?
It's not as easy as it looks. People will tell you no and that's OK. Life on the road is as entertaining as you make it. Strangers can have the best advice. Travel is not glamorous.
