Corinne joined PassTime in 2005 and has worked shipping, sales, client management, marketing, advertising and compliance. She has been the key driver and industry leader in state lobbying efforts, consumer compliance, CFPB and FTC compliance initiatives. Corinne directs policies and objectives involving local, state, and federal government affairs. She maintains and nurtures the relationships with government, associated authorities and committees. She assists in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies and plans, aligning with government laws, regulations and standards. Corinne coordinates inspection of the organization and contract facilities, and develops procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Corinne graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2003 with a degree in Political Science, International Studies and Public Relations. Upon completing her degree, she moved to Washington, D.C., to Co-Chair the College Republican National Committee. Corinne received her Masters Degree in Business from Regis University in 2007, graduating with honors, and is a graduate of the NAF Consumer Credit Compliance Executive Certification.

I love learning about lots of areas in life. Understanding, reading and learning makes me a more well rounded person, a better communicator and more compassionate to those who are different than me. Right now, I am interested in Religion and its impact on different political systems.

What are you passionate about?
My family, God, and filling other peoples buckets (read the book, “Have you filled a bucket today"); international travel and politics.
What is something interesting about you that members might not know?
I have a distant family member, Thorndike Proctor, son of John Proctor, who was hung during the Salem Witch Trials in 1692.
Who has been a role model for you?
I have been blessed with a handful of amazing role models in my life. If I have to pick one, it will be my momma, Colleen Schwarz! She has overcome so many obstacles in her life—from breaking through the glass ceiling to fighting late stage ovarian cancer to divorce! My mom is a fighter and taught me to never give up. She has taught me how to balance work life, to give back to those less fortunate, to be compassionate, to Pray, to be honest, to love with everything you have and just to be a GOOD person!

What would you say are the key success factors for a mentoring relationship?
Get support from all levels of the organization and clarify everyone's objectives, reinforce positive drivers of the program, and foster feedback to help reach their goals.
What advice would you give yourself as a young executive?
Stand up for what you know is right. Strong people stand up for themselves, but stronger people stand up for others! Your opinion might not be popular but follow your values, it will never lead you a stray.
What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started your career?
Love what you do and it will never feel like a job. Be confident in your abilities and work to strengthen your weaknesses so they do not hold you back.
