Betty Jotanovic is Head of Originations at Santander Consumer USA, and accountable for all Santander Auto and Chrysler Capital originations operations including Credit, Funding and Dealer Management.
Betty joined SC in August 2018, with more than 20 years of experience in the automotive and financial services industries, specializing in senior level leadership in underwriting, funding, collections, business strategy, and tax and treasury. Betty is also a licensed attorney. Prior to joining Santander, Betty led the credit and fulfillment organization at Bank of America for the automotive, RV and Volvo captive lines of business. She has also held senior operational leadership roles for GE Capital and Chrysler Financial. Additionally, Betty has experience with global collections, strategies and technology, having led teams overseeing accounts receivable operations in 19 countries.
