As the National Sales Executive for Chase Auto, I currently lead and have management oversight for a team of ~100+ employees including Regional Sales Directors and Dealer Relationship Managers, and Program Director. The National Sales Executive thinks and acts strategically in order to define and drive the direction of the team in alignment with the broader organization and CCB. I work directly with internal partners and external vendors, strategizing, executing and prioritizing all while influencing people to adopt new ways of performing work. Recruiting and retaining top talent while also being a coach and mentor are top priorities for me and having Chase Auto be the best place to be employed.
My Areas of Expertise: i.e. strategy, marketing, team building, executive management
Key areas of strength are team building and developing strategy for the business. Executing the vision and sending a clear, concise message to the sales team to drive in business results.
