John Elias has been a Senior Director of Lender Sales at Cox Automotive for nearly seven years. He brings more than 25 years of accumulated knowledge and experience in the auto finance industry, having worked across the automotive finance spectrum in OEM, captive, finance institutions and banks, including key leadership roles at Equifax and LexisNexis. John is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has led roundtable discussions on emerging fraud risks and prevention strategies to enable frictionless credit evaluation.

Kenneth Rojc is the Managing Partner of Nisen & Elliott, LLC’s Automotive Finance Group, one of the nation’s leading auto finance legal practices. Mr. Rojc has been actively involved with federal and state regulators, including matters with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on the auto finance front. He is a member of the Legal Committee of the Association of Consumer Motor Vehicle Lessors and a regular contributor to the American Bar Association publication, The Business Lawyer.

Kelly Rice is an associate in Nisen & Elliott, LLC’s Automotive Finance Group. She counsels a variety of clients including banks, captive finance companies and independent lenders in matters relating to motor vehicle retail finance, lease and loan transactions.
