AFSA Comments on Inflation Reduction Act
Earlier this month, AFSA responded to a joint Department of Treasury (Treasury) and Internal Revenue Services (IRS) request for comment and participated in a Treasury roundtable on Clean Vehicles and the “Inflation Reduction Act” (IRA). As Treasury and the IRS begin to implement the IRA, AFSA appreciates the chance to highlight the importance of finance sources and ensure clarity and confidence for both consumers and the lending institutions facilitating vehicle leasing transactions involving tax credit benefits.
