This edition of the AFSA Extra Credit Podcast is a bit of a teaser for our D&I session at the 2022 AFSA Annual Meeting where Anthony Pacilio, Vice President of Neurodiverse Solutions at CAI will talk about Neurodiversity. We wanted to prime the engine before we get to Palm Beach, so in this podcast we chat a bit about what neurodiversity is and how this untapped pool of individuals can help benefit your organization.

We also talk with our very own Edwin Portugal, Manager of State Policy & Regulatory Affairs here at AFSA. Edwin has been a steadfast and passionate advocate of the neurodiverse community and will share his experience as a member of that community.
