Arguments Scheduled in Davidson
The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has scheduled oral arguments in Davidson v. UACC for October 26 at 9:30 am ET. The case addresses whether financing Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) brought a vehicle contract under the Military Lending Act (MLA).
The arguments will be streamed online. Based on the court’s past cases, a “listen” link will be populated into the case calendar. AFSA, along with other trade associations, submitted a comment letter on the case.
