Her practice focuses on auto finance, personal property lending, installment lending, fintech, dealer law, creditor-based collection practices, ancillary products law, federal and state regulatory compliance, CFPB-readiness, UDAAP, UDAP, privacy, data security and information management, electronic commerce, and marketing.
