Retired CEO & AFSA Board Emeritus
Mary currently serves on the Board of Directors of Barclays Bank, US. She built a long, successful career with many major corporations and from 2003 to 2016, Mary moved from financial roles to leading large groups of people in operations and executive roles as CEO of CitiFinancial Auto, COO and CEO of CitiFinancial, and CEO of OneMain Financial. Mary served as Chair of the AFSA Board of Directors and was the founding chair of AFSA’s Women’s Leadership Council.
We asked Mary what advice she’d give to her younger self, knowing what she knows now.
