Opening General Session & Keynote Address | Pete Williams, Former NBC News Correspondent
Join Pete Williams, former NBC News correspondent, for a fireside discussion on what he saw over his 40-year career as one of America’s most respected and trusted journalists as well as one of the few to successfully shift from one side of the microphone to the other. From his early days as a reporter in Wyoming, to his time as spokesman for the U.S. Defense Department, and then covering some of the most pivotal moments in America over the past 30 years as NBC’s Justice and Supreme Court correspondent, Williams will provide behind-the-scenes insights on reporting in times of turmoil and his views on the events that shaped our nation in the past half-century.
