Ford, GE, 3M Partner to Make Critical Equipment
When America has needed to flex its industrial and economic muscles to meet a challenge, her great companies have been there to help.
“Ford Motor Company, joining forces with firms including 3M and GE Healthcare, is lending its manufacturing and engineering expertise to quickly expand production of urgently needed medical equipment and supplies for healthcare workers, first responders and patients fighting coronavirus,” the company wrote in a release.
The company will use its plants and operation centers to produce face shields, respirators and ventilators. Read the press release in Ford’s Media Center.
