AFSA Announces New Members to Board of Directors
The American Financial Services Association today announced three new members to serve on its Board of Directors:
Jeff Haymore, President & COO, Flagship Credit Acceptance, serves as Flagship’s President and Chief Operating Officer. His extensive experience in operational leadership, specifically with leading auto finance companies, spans over two decades. Haymore began working with Flagship in 2011 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Credit Operations. During his time at Flagship, he implemented and championed the Flagship Service Triangle, aligning front-end operations and providing Flagship Dealers industry-leading levels of service. In 2017 Haymore was named COO, aligning both the front and back-end operations, and in 2018 he became President and COO, developing a new Direct Lending model to begin originating loans within the company, and managing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio.
Prior to his tenure at Flagship, Haymore served as Division Sales Director for Summit Acceptance Corporation, advancing to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales after the company’s acquisition by Capital One. He also functioned as the Vice President of Sales for HSBC Auto Finance.
Haymore has been a member of the AFSA Independents Auto Finance Executive Group since 2016.
Tara Trantham, General Counsel & CCO, Southern Management Corp., serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Southern Management Corp. She has been a member of AFSA’s Law Committee and its subcommittees since 2009, the AFSA State Government Affairs Committee and its subcommittees since 2013 and the AFSA Women’s Leadership Council since 2016.
Adam Rosman, Executive Vice President & General Counsel, OneMain Financial, is Executive Vice President and General Counsel overseeing OneMain Financial’s legal team ,as well as Compliance, Government Relations and Internal Audit. Rosman joined OneMain from Fiserv; he was EVP, General Counsel, for First Data before the Fiserv/First Data merger. In that role, he oversaw a team of 230 legal, risk and government-relations professionals. Before First Data, Adam was the EVP, Group General Counsel, for Willis Group Holdings, a global insurance company. His early career included positions as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and Deputy Assistant and Deputy Staff Secretary to President Bill Clinton.
