What are you most proud of?
My goal when I first started my career was to work my way up the ladder into executive management. When I was promoted to Vice President— it was one of the proudest things I had done.
What would you say are the key success factors for a mentoring relationship?
Listening and understanding how you can help. Always be encouraging and find what they do best to expand on those capabilities.
What advice would you give yourself as a young executive?
Do not stress so much . . . enjoy the ride.
What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started your career?
Networking is very important and building relationships in every aspect of your career is so critical.
