Kamal Dhaliwal, Head of Credit Risk Management at TD Auto Finance, has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her current position, Kamal is responsible for credit management of the US TDAF portfolio; and oversees the development, implementation and monitoring of acquisition and collections policies and strategies. Other responsibilities include portfolio performance monitoring, Statistical modeling, reporting, loss forecasting, governance and controls. Kamal has held various roles within the organization and has a deep understanding of Risk Management, Collections, Customer Service, Remarketing, Business Strategy in auto finance and Credit Cards. She has extensive project management experience, blending technological expertise with business acumen. Kamal has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology.
