Janet has spent almost her entire career and more than 25 years in the consumer finance industry. She has held various positions at The Associates, OneMain, Citigroup, and Mariner Finance. Primary areas of focus include Human Resources, Employment Law, Regulatory, Training, and Complaint Management. Janet is a graduate of Austin College, The University of Texas School of Law, and Southern Methodist Cox School of Business. She is married to John Wright, and has three daughters.

Good work is not enough. You also need to maintain networks and relationships.
